To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 220, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Ducks/Jokerit scrimmage at the Honda Center.

Section 220 and the surrounding sections are in whats called the plaza level. I have sat in many of the lower level sections and I was very fond of this section. We weren't in the corners and weren't behind the benches so we had great views of the ice all around.
The section consisted of rows A thru S and I would actually say the higher up you are the better when it comes to hockey. Being too close to the glass actually hurts your experience in my opinion.
