Seats were right above the tunnel the Capitals run out of from the locker room. If you sit in 223, you'll be literally right behind the visitors bench.

If you want tickets in 223, go for rows M thru S. Sitting too close to the glass could be bad because you're behind the bench. Right next to the glass would be ok seats on the opposite side of the ice but there is just too much going on for you to enjoy close seats in this section.

These seats are expensive, not going to lie. You're wallet is going to take a hit, especially when you factor in the concessions, parking and other small purchases fans make at games. But well worth the money because Ducks games are one of the funnest attractions in the area.
