Pretty good section overall. Saw the Redskins play the Cowboys from there. If you want to sit here, you have two options. You can go with rows 1-9 which have individual seats (best way to go). If not, you can go with the Standing Room Only part which is directly behind it. The Standing Room tickets are cheaper, standing for three or four hours isn't all that bad, especially if you take a lap around the lower level at halftime to stretch your legs. And unlike the Party Deck where the jumbo tron obstructs your view of the end zone, you can see the field fine from anywhere in 308. These are not club seats even though they're on the same level as those. You get just as good of a view for less money but don't have indoor club access or access to Hooter's, the Montecristo Club, etc. The club seats are bigger and padded with more space for your body. To get here, you'll just take one of the ramps, ideally the ramp just inside Gate A on the main entrance side where the Hall of Fame store is. If you can't find it, just ask a member of the stadium staff how to get to section 308 although they're not always quick on their feet about where to go.
To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 308, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Redskins game at Fedex Field.
