Went to a Titans game last year and had nothing but good things to say about our seats (row EE, seats 16, 17). Row EE is further back so our eyes could span the entire length of the field rather easily. The single lettered rows come first at LP Field beginning with row A).
You can't see both sides of the field as well when you sit in the first 5 rows but to each his own. The only bad seats at LP Field in my opinion are the upper deck seats and that's because the club level is so large that it hinders the view for those folks. Plus, fans sitting on the upper deck are required to either wait in long lines for the elevators or to walk 15 minutes up the stadium ramps; there are no escalators servicing the upper deck.
These seats are also ideal for the fans rooting for whomever is playing the Titans that day because their sideline is right in front of these seats. The Titans were playing the Detroit Lions the day we went and didn't really encounter many Lions fans in our section.
For the most part, Titans fans are extremely welcoming to fans of the opposition but their are always jerks in every stadium. Section 111 is very affluent so you won't encounter as many rude fans. Wear your Texans and Colts jerseys with pride and be respectful and you should be fine.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 111, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Titans game at LP Field.
