Have been to Ray James Stadium for a few games over the years but had only sat on the lower level. Went to a Buccaneers game vs. the Washington Redskins and it was a scorcher that day. This was my first game sitting on the upper deck and it wasn't all that bad. This side of the stadium will receive a lot of sun for the afternoon games (Buccs don't get too many night games) so you will want to bring sunblock and your glasses, maybe even a hat. I wouldn't count on buying hats and jerseys at the stadium because there is no official team shop, only a bunch of small kiosks that take cash only.
Our actual seats were in row P, seats 8 thru 10. About 15 rows from the bottom. There were cup holders attached to the row in front of ours which came in handy and our seats ran parallel to the south endzone (north endzone has the Pirate Ship/Buccaneer Cove). These seats look straight down at the field and should be fine for three hours of football to the average Buccs fan like myself. When your tickets arrive, which gate you're asked to enter should be printed on your ticket. The four main entrances are on each corner of the stadium and just inside each gate was a set of escalators servicing the upper level. It's a fast and easy way to reach the top but there are also ramps you can walk if you don't want to wait for the escalators.
Parking isn't hard to figure out. They both run along Dale Mabry Avenue and Himes Avenue.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 331, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Buccaneers/Detroit Lions game at Raymond James Stadium.
