Any seat you choose in 306 will give you a good look at Buccaneer Cove down below in the Northern endzone. You can see the boardwalk, the Pirate Ship, the fans as they travel, etc. Best of all, you'll still be able to span the entire length of the field pretty well which is great for the fans that like being able to see the plays develop from up high. The deep passes were the funnest to watch. I'll warn that some fans will feel out of the loop with the game sitting this high, especially since the atmosphere has been kind of tame with the Buccs not doing so well this season. If you like listening to the broadcast of the game, take a small radio with you tuned into 620AM so you'll be more in touch with the substitutions and what plays are being called, etc. It will only help.
The 1pm games can get pretty humid in Tampa so bring your sunglasses and sunscreen, especially if the game is during September. But the sun isn't as much of a factor on the West side of the stadium as it is on the East side so it will be to your back most of the day.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 306, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Buccaneers/Dallas Cowboys game at Raymond James Stadium.
