To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 215, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Buccaneers/New Orleans Saints game at Raymond James Stadium.

Club 215 is awesome because you can easily get out of the elements when you hold a club level ticket. The club lounges offer plenty of food and drink options and are air conditioned. I experience minimal waits at the concessions and bathrooms; you just don't have these big crowds to battle like you do when you sit in the 100s and 300s. It was nice.

There are still stairs to climb so don't think you will be able to attend the game with a minimal amount of walking. If you get seats in rows W-DD, you will not only be protected from the overhang but will be the closest to the concourse area. Overall, you can't really go wrong with any seat in the 100s or 200s. There are no obstructions whatsoever.
