To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 319, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Seahawks/Minnesota Vikings game at CenturyLink Field.

I took my brother to a Seattle Seahawks - St. Louis Rams game in 2010. What's funny is you think a game against the Rams would be a little on the tamer side but it's not. Seahawks fans breed a playoff atmosphere nearly every Sunday.
When you sit in 319, you have a bird's eye view of the movement along the concourse below you. It's neat. You also can see a decent portion of the downtown Seattle skyline depending on which seat you get.

The rows are lettered A thru Z and then it goes from AA to EE. If you want to avoid the stair climbing, shoot for rows A thru E; those are some great seats, I promise. You should never be discouraged about sitting in the 300's at Qwest Field because the 200s are still on the first level. So in actuality, there are only two levels of seating and not three. Great sight lines are all around. Pick and choose your seats according to your preference.
