These are excellent seats with a very central view of the field, right near the 25 yard marker. There were a lot more seats here than I had anticipated. Usually when you think Club level, you think a small exclusive area with big seats and maybe 10 rows. Here, there are more than 20 rows beginning with row A. The fans that sit higher up likely won't be annoyed by fans constantly walking to and from the concourse like they do in front of the club seats. The actual seats are theater-style with much more comfort than the ones in the 100s and 300s. More legroom, more padding, more elbow room. Free game programs are also given to fans that hold club tickets. This side of the stadium also seemed to receive much more shade than the East side did.
I know CenturyLink has recently had a few well documented incidents of 49ers fans in particular being targeted for fights, cursing, etc. You won't see any of that in the Delta club area. The fans are very well behaved and respectful and most are very affluent. You may receive the friendly teasing but that's really about it so feel welcome to wear your 49ers or Cardinals jersey here.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 233, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Seahawks/Green Bay Packers game at CenturyLink Field.
