To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 514, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Steelers game at Heinz Field.

Firstly, a piece of advice, make sure you're already in the stadium at least 20 minutes before kickoff. Do not underestimate the length of time it takes to get from the gate to your upper level seats. It can take a while to get up the ramps and into your seats so make sure you leave your tailgate in plenty of time.

In terms of the seating, I didn't love my seats in 514, row DD. I didn't despise them. I actually found those seats for a decent bargain on Stubhub so I couldn't complain; you get what you pay for and it sure beats the upper level endzones because those are bleacher seats. I think every fan in the upper levels should always shoot for rows A thru E because those are the seats that sit directly in front of your section's entrance/exit. That way, no one will be able to bother your view of the field and you can enjoy the game from the best seats in the upper level.

514 is about the 5 yard line. I have sat mid field too and don't have a preference.
