Sat here for the Panthers game last November, about 10 rows up. Cheap seats. I don't expect this section to get a ton of love from fans but it was fine for as little as we paid for tickets (thanks to the kind gentlemanly ticket scalper in Lot D). These seats are completely open aired with no protection from an overhang so if you're sitting here for a 1pm game in September, it may be likely that you'll need sunblock.
There weren't very many food vendors outside of our section but there are Chickie's and Pete's stands scattered throughout the stadium. If you've never had it, they serve the best Crab Fries. C&P is an actual restaurant and their original location isn't far from the stadium on Packer Avenue. I think they even provide a shuttle to the stadium if you eat there before the game.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 218, here is a Youtube video shot from there during an Eagles/Dallas Cowboys game at Lincoln Financial Field.

I sat here for a game against the Kansas City Chiefs on September 27th, 2009. It was a great game but the seats we had were pretty crappy. What do you expect when you sit in the upper level corners? The angle wasn't bad, the seats themselves are just too high up; we had seats in row 18. One of the few benefits is that it was smaller than most of the other upper level sections. The tickets do come cheap compared to what you will pay to sit elsewhere. You always get what you pay for but even sitting here beats watching the Eagles at home as long as the conditions are suitable and not too cold.
