Saw the Raiders play the Broncos here last season. Didn't have a ton of money to spend on seats so we settled with what we could afford. The view of the south end zone was superb when either team entered the redzone but at the same time, it was hard to see where the ball was spotted on the other side of the field. The jumbotron was our best friend but neither jumbotron is very big at this stadium. These are not club seats, either, so you won't get access to any special concessions or lounges during halftime or before the game.
We parked in the D lot which is adjacent to Oracle Arena. Raider tailgates are legendary- gates open 5 hours prior to kickoff if that tells you anything. There are plenty of porta-potties in the parking lots for fans too. If you don't plan on tailgating, you can always take the BART system which is $10 round trip. Keep in mind that you'll likely have to purchase the expensive food and drinks in the stadium if you ride the BART because there are no bars and restaurants in the neighborhood surrounding the Coliseum. As a matter of fact, it's kind of sketchy.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 204, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Raiders/Indianapolis Colts game at O.co Coliseum.
