Was hard to love these seats because we were so far from the field of play; row 24. I don't remember the seat numbers but we were kind of in the middle. The aisles were extremely small and narrow so it was hard to slide past neighboring fans coming in and out of the row. For cheap seats, the leg room was good enough. Seats are much bigger if you buy club seats. Could see 3 of the 4 big screens exceptionally well, could still see a little bit of the 4th - they're located in each corner of the stadium so they have excellent placement.
I'd give this place 5 stars if parking wasn't so dam* expensive and the transit train from Penn Station led straight to the stadium instead of making fans get off at Seacaucus Station. They also should have added a retractable roof to keep fans out of the cold even though football was made to be played outdoors. I also hate that this place also has to stay so plain and boring because two teams call it home. You won't be able to walk through the concourses and say "Hey, this is the home of the New York Jets".

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 335, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Jets/Buffalo Bills game at Metlife Stadium.
