Sat here for the home opener vs. the Falcons this season. Everyone was hyped up with the return of Sean Payton as head coach. 107 is a huge section. There are 35 rows to choose from. The last few rows will sit underneath the overhang from the loge level but doesn't obstruct any part of your view so the sight lines were good. We could only see one of the jumbo trons well, they should add a third somewhere in the arena to enhance the experience a little bit. The Falcons used the sideline to our left and the Saints were on the opposite side of the field. Even though we were in row 29, we still could see everything without flaw.
Parish Grill is the main concession on the bottom level and they have a lot of good specialty foods like the Shrimp Po Boy, waffle fries, BBQ Burger, etc. The Superdome definitely carries a strong New Orleans presence inside the stadium. Especially when you walk through the main gates and hear the brass bands jamming music.
There are no tours of the Superdome so if you want to see it, you must come for a game during the fall and I'll warn that attending games is not cheap but the blow to the wallet is worth the experience.
