These are definitely the best seats I've had for a Saints game but also the most expensive. I'm talking $200+ per ticket but you always get what you pay for. Would sit here or in a similar section again, I just can't afford to that often. I go to maybe one Saints game each season, usually against a team I've never seen them play and this season, I chose the Arizona Cardinals game at the beginning of the season. Our seats were behind the Cardinals bench which was probably the coolest part. The comfort of the seats were nothing to write home about, this is a rather old arena but the rowdy atmosphere helps you easily forget the lack of comfort. Saints fans are as loud as they come.
Overall, it was very easy to follow the game from these seats. I don't recall our row, it was towards the back, but the ball never seemed too far away.
Have never been to Century Link Field in Seattle but I have a hard time believing that it's louder than the Superdome. However, being indoors, the Saints have an advantage because the noise is sealed in very well.
If you're thinking about tailgating, know that tailgating is not allowed in the nearby parking garages and also remember that most fans do their pre game partying at either nearby Bourbon Street or at "Champions Square" outside of the stadium.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 116, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Saints/Cincinnati Bengals game at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
