I've sat in 302 only once and that was for the Buffalo Bills game in September of 2010. Row 13 was where my seats were located and it didn't feel like an upper level seat whatsoever I guess because the view was so good. Following what was going on was no problem and even though our seats were behind the end zone, we could easily judge the depth of the field toward the south end zone. That's something you can't get when you sit on the lower level end zone.

You can easily access these seats via the 'Patriot Place' ramp which is on the Northeast side of the stadium. It will take you a few minutes to get to your seats but just follow the crowd and have patience.

There are plenty of food and beverage options just outside of 302. Overpriced is an understatement. You'll be much better off going to eat at one of the many eateries at Patriot Place before the game. Bar Louie is usually jumping.
