To give you an idea what the view is like from section 118, here is a link to a Youtube video shot from section 118 during a St. Louis Rams - Vikings game a few season back. The fan atmosphere looks pretty great but the video does not have any audio.
118 is home to some of the rowdiest of Vikings fans. You do run the risk of getting seats stuck behind the uprights but a small chance. Views are great from essentially every seat in this section. The jumbo trons are all in the right locations.
The food is average and overpriced and so is the beer. The concourses are very plain but the atmosphere outside of the stadium before the game is second to none, only Green Bay could beat it.
