449 has a ton of rows; 30 to be exact, so wear your walking shoes depending on where your seats are. The closer the better. As long as you get seats in the first 7 or so rows, your seats will be next to the sections exit tunnel so you can get in and out of your seats quickly. I was able to leave my seats during a timeout and be back to my seats before play had resumed with a beer in hand.

449 is in the upper level corner if you're looking at the Dolphin Stadium seating chart. The sidelines offer a much better view. There won't be nearly as much adjusting your body to follow the football; every play will happen in front of your eyes. Line of sight is important for Dolphins games because their offense is so unpredictable and fast paced.
