We were in the corner of the stadium which isn't the most ideal place to sit at football games but it's the best we could do on the lower level. The Jaguars were playing the Bears so tickets were a little pricier than they normally are, so we opted for the far corner of the lower level where tickets are cheaper. It's a shame the average fan can't afford to sit in the Touchdown Club seats.
128 is slanted at the bottom due to the tunnel that sits just to the right of these seats. So if you like less fans in your row, you should aim for seats in rows E thru M. (Row is the first row in this section). When a touchdown is about to be scored, it feels like you're on the field with the players. You'll have a completely different perception of the NFL after sitting this close to the action.
They should add more width to each seat though, felt a little crowded when we sat down.
The NFL's blackout policy has really hurt this small market franchise. If games don't sell out, local fans can't watch the game on tv. And when they can't watch it on tv, it's hard to get interested and makes it harder to keep up with the team. Thus, fans watch OTHER teams on tv and end up getting interested in them. It's an endless cycle that Mr. Kahn needs to learn how to fix. Covering the upper corners of the stadium with tarps to avoid blackouts just isn't the answer. Instead of making improvements to this place with the millions in taxpayer money, they should downsize this place's capacity.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 128, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Jaguars game at Everbank Field.
