Went to my first Jaguars game last season when they were playing the New England Patriots. It was the last game of their terrible 2-14 season so I think a lot of Jaguar fans were happy to see it all end down on the field. It actually ended up being a close game but a loss is a loss.
Our seats were in 149, row L, seats 15 and 16. We were near the aisle so sliding by other fans to exit wasn't a hassle for them. Every seat has it's own drink holder. The game was during December but it was still obvious that these seats don't receive any shade from the sunlight during the game.
The worst part about sitting in the end zone is obviously being 100+ yards away from the other end zone. When you sit on the 50 yard line, you're equally close to both sides. It will be very hard to see the depths of the field from these seats. Especially as it applies to the running game. (And the Jaguars have a running back that gets a lot of carries).
We were able to access our seats easily via Gate 1 on the south side of the stadium. The lines moved rather quickly and the ushers and security team members seemed to be on top of everything.
There were a good bit of Patriots fans that made the trip and they were respectful. Jaguars fans usually don't cause trouble for other team's fans so you should feel secure about wearing your Texans or Colts jersey into Everbank when you come. Neat stadium that still has that new feel to it!

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 149, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Jaguars/Indianapolis Colts game at Everbank Field.
