Section 508 will be a good choice for a Colts game. I sat here for a preseason game, bought the tickets off of a scalper on the street for next to nothing. Preseason games always have dirt cheap tickets. Think of the 500s as the lowest seats on the upper level. At Lucas Oil Stadium, the upper level is called 'The Terrace' which is just a fancy way of saying nosebleeds.
The seats we had were the standard plastic seats found all over the stadium. The club seats are padded and bigger but in my opinion the club seats are way overrated though they do provide a flawless view of the game.
I'm one of the many fans that has probably stated that there isn't a bad seat in the place and I really feel that way. I've seen enough games from different areas of the stadium to know that I can sit anywhere and enjoy the game. It's cool to sit close to the game and see the players up close but in the grand scheme of things, the field is so big, you're only close to the action a few minutes at a time anyway.
You should have no issues finding section 508 but in case you've never been to Lucas Oil before, every level makes one big circle, so just ride one of the escalators or take one of the ramps to the level your tickets are for and walk around until you see your section. Escalators are located at the North and South entrances. An usher will likely greet you when arrive to your section and ask for your ticket and will then show you to your seats.
