We came to the Houston Texans game on 10-15-2013 and that was our 2nd Colts game at Lucas Oil Stadium. The first game was a few years before vs. the Tennessee Titans. I'm a huge fan of this stadium and how it caters to Colts fans who are one of the better and more loyal fan bases in the NFL.
Had never sat in the 400s but it was ok. We weren't quiet on the Terrace Level (upper level) but were just below it. Could see the field fine but the players looked small and the pace of the game seemed much slower sitting so far away this time. Could sit there again but I'll be the first to admit there are many other sections I would rather sit in first. This section sits in the deep corner of the stadium where you really have to pay attention to what's going on to stay on track. The presentation of the game is excellent thanks to the two giant video boards. The PA system was nice and loud and clear too.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 420, here is a Youtube video shot from there during Super Bowl XLVI at Lucas Oil Stadium.
