It's very hard to knock this place no matter where your seats end up being. Even the Bears and Vikings fans show love when they come to Lambeau for a visit.
We sat in 110 last season for the Tennessee Titans game. It was a fun game at the beginning until the Packers lead got so big that it seemed more like we were using the Packers playing Madden on Xbox. I liked exciting games that aren't blowouts.
110, row 32 provides an excellent view of the end zone and on up to the 30 yard line but that was about it. We were in the far corner of the stadium so we had actually more of an end zone view than a sideline view. Really, the worst location of the field but Packers fans usually can't afford to be picky. Tickets are still very hard to come by.
I would give section 110, 3 out of 5 stars. There are much better areas to watch the game from, so many fans will be unimpressed with it.
If you visit Lambeau, there are two parts I recommend visiting before the game. The first is Curly's Restaurant, near the Atrium on the 2nd floor. They serve the sandwich that Aaron Rodgers created that was on the news. Plenty of beers on tap as well.
The other is to visit the Packers Hall of Fame which can also be accessed via the Atrium but it isn't open on game days. There are no tour guides, lasts about 90 minutes, and you can even sit in Vincent Lombardi's old desk. Tours are only $10. If you want to go down onto the field and visit the Packers locker room, you will need to take the tour of Lambeau Field which is something completely different. They have a set schedule as well and are only available on certain days.
