I enjoyed these seats, saw the Lions play the St. Louis Rams, it was the first game of the year last season so the fans were amped up to say the least. We plan on going to two Lions games this year.
View from 141 was pretty mediocre but clearly the best part about section 141 is that it's next to the player tunnel where the Lions take the field. If you want an autograph from one of the players, coming down to these seats two hours before the game will be your best shot at it. Didn't have any success when we sat here but we got to our seats kind of late.
Row 6 is the very first row and the rows next to the tunnel only have 3-5 seats to a row which is nice! You should shoot for rows 6 thru 18 if you want to be next to the tunnel. It's kind of loud over there when the players take the field before the game. The visitors also use the same tunnel.
Some parts of the last rows will sit underneath the overhang from the 2nd tier of seats but it doesn't really matter because there are no weather elements at Ford Field since it's indoors.
The design of this place is incredible. It incorporated the old Hudson's warehouse for one side of the stadium where all of the club suites are. All of the concessions had addresses associated with them and bright neon signs above the stands. Levy Restaurants handles all of the food for Ford Field. If you've never been to a Lions game before, you should come because it's a funner experience than what you probably think.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 141, here are two Youtube videos shot from there during a Lions/Arizona Cardinals game at Ford Field.
