Purchased tickets for the St. Louis Rams game earlier this season. Was in row 10, which was the 2nd row technically. View was not as bad as I had originally thought it would be. Fans on the upper level are saved by the big massive scoreboard but a lot of the seats are amassed on the bottom levels so the upper level ended up not feeling very high up.
There are two escalators that will bring you to the upper level, one outside of Gate B in the Miller Lite Plaza and one outside of Gate G in the AT&T Plaza. Finding our way around this place was much easier the 2nd time than the 1st time. When walking on the bottom level, I hate the "party pass" areas because they just congest the concourse even more.
