The only real downside to these seats is that you can't see the sides of the big jumbo tron from here. You can only see the one end (four sided) and it's significantly smaller than the screens on the sidelines.

You'll love the intimacy that comes with sitting in section 350. There are only five rows total and there is essentially no one to bother you with their drunkenness and loud cheering. I found everyone to be pretty well behaved in this section. I also like how the light reflects into the plaza areas for day games so that it at least feels a little bit like you're outdoors.

It's not too hard to judge the opposite side of the field either; the upper end zone seats are much better than the lower level end zone seating in terms of that.

Due to the small amount of seats in section 350, tickets will likely be hard to come by. I was able to get these tickets thru my friend who is employed by the Cowboys.
