This stadium is fantastic and Jerry made sure the Hall of Fame Club was top notch as well. Our seats were in row 19 near the back. The seats are plush and have a little more arm room and leg room compared to the seats on the mezzanine. This is first class all the way. These seats would be more attractive if weather was ever a factor at games because fans could resort to the club area during rain. Really liked having private restrooms and bars too, the wait for those lines were minimal. They should consider adding a waitstaff for the Hall of Fame club so fans don't have to retrieve their beverages and food. A lot of NFL stadiums have adopted this.
They have two options for tours of the stadium. You will have to double check the tour schedule, I know they want you to call down in advance. But the tour with a guide is $27.50 per person and is definitely worth it, you get to go onto the field, tour the locker room, Jerry's suite he sits in, etc. Then there is tour where you just explore it yourself and it's $17.50 per person and it's the less popular one. I seriously doubt there are any other stadiums in the NFL that grant fans this type of access on their tours.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 114, here is a Youtube video shot from row 17 during Super Bowl XLV at AT&T Stadium.
