Made the short drive to Cleveland from Columbus to see my Bengals take on the Browns last October. There were a lot of Bengals fans in attendance, naturally, but I didn't expect as much heckling from the Browns fans as what we got. A little friendly jeers are fun but not being called 'Fing B's'. Come on now, both of our teams suck, let's just drink our beer and enjoy the game.
Like Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati, I found the Browns stadium to be pretty bland. Just a lot of concrete on the water, in an undeveloped part of the city. The Browns Stadium does appear to be much much bigger though.
We sat in section 532, row 23, seats 17 and 18. Sitting lower is definitely better. Although the view of the field is good, the line of scrimmage only takes up a portion of that. You can see the passing plays really well but the tempo of the game seemed very slow from up there compared to sitting lower level.
The stair climbing was also a hassle. Row 23 is just too high up, so stay away from any seat above that row. From what I understand, the Browns often sellout, so you may not have any luck moving to better seats, especially if the ushers are on their A game. The ushers in the upper level are pretty laid back because they know fans don't sneak into those seats.
All of the seats are colored Orange, similar to the Browns' jersey colors which may add a little home field advantage. Overall, this is a nice stadium but nothing like Heinz Field in Pittsburgh.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 532, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Browns/Denver Broncos game at FirstEnergy Stadium.
