Definitely not the best seats at PBS but many fans will like these seats since it sits above the tunnel the visiting team runs out of. Rows 1 thru 15 has really small rows (2-4 seats in each row) and will allow you to look down into the tunnel as the players gather there before taking the field. It'll be a neat experience no matter what.
You probably won't have any luck getting autographs from players here since the tunnel is so deep and cavernous but a great way to see your favorite player up close. The Bengals tunnel on the opposite side of the field is much much smaller.

If you want quick access to these seats, enter through gate B which is on the north end zone side closest to downtown. But definitely make time to do a few laps around the stadium to see the sights and sounds if you've never been to PBS.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 120, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Bengals/Oakland Raiders game at Paul Brown Stadium.
