The sidelines are definitely the way to go at this stadium or any NFL stadium for that matter. You can follow the football very easily and still make out the players when you sit in the club seats. Binoculars aren't necessary. Our seats felt very close to the field but not too close. We felt very much like we were a part of the game. The club seats also have a little more width to them and have more room for your legs and elbows. Sadly, the seats weren't padded and I found that to be a disappointment.

The row we had was row 19, the third to last row. The atmosphere was a little laid back there so a headset with the broadcast of the game would be a good idea. I think you'll also enjoy not having to wait much when you visit the concessions and restrooms. You can usually take care of your needs when a timeout is called and be back in your seat in plenty of time, no joke.
Go Panthers!!!
