Sat in row 23 which was near the bottom of 115's second part. The first 18-20 rows make up the first part and those seats looked excellent. Our seats were above the tunnel leading to the Ravens locker room. I used to get chills watching Ray Lewis take the field from that tunnel. The uprights from the field goals will only partially be in your view. Don't expect much in terms of view. When either team is about to score in the East endzone, this is the place to be. I would have to say though, these seats were a great alternative to the 500s on the upper level where you can't tell which players are which. There is a nice little food stand near these seats called Chesapeake Market. I also saw a Subway stand on the lower level too.
For this particular game, the Ravens were playing the Houston Texans, a team I had not previously seen in person. Have been to maybe 10 Ravens games in my life. We usually drive in from Delaware and stay at one of the hotels near the Inner Harbor and then just walk to the game, a decent walk but very doable for young people. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express which is nice. The Marriott Inner Harbor is very very nice.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 115, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Ravens/New England Patriots game at M&T Bank Stadium.
