To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 107, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Wizards/Brooklyn Nets game at the Verizon Center.

Had these seats for a Wizards vs. Cleveland Cavaliers game which turned out to be a good game between two NBA door mat teams. Oh well, cheap seats!
107 was great. Tons of space in these rows because of the break in the floor of the bleachers. Easy to get out of the rows also enough leg room for the average sized NBA fan.
I've been coming to NBA games since the Wizards were the Bullets. That was a long time ago but I like the Bullets as a mascot more so than the Wizards.

The Verizon Center is a modern arena with great sight lines. I absolutely hated the old Continental Airlines Arena with a passion, it was the complete opposite of the Verizon Center.
Outside of our sections was a carvery section that offered Bratwurst, Stella Artois and a few other import beers. Concession items are expensive but when you're at a game for three hours, there's really no way around paying for them.
