Great seats! Some fans may not like sitting at the end of the court but we've always been able to follow the game well from behind the basket. We usually purchase our tickets off of Stubhub since their surcharges are cheaper than Ticketmaster and Ebay. Seats are what you would expect to find in most basketball arenas; pretty average in comfort but I like how the seats sit elevated above the court a little bit.
This place was built for basketball! If you're planning on going to a concert here, you should re-consider because the sound quality is always garbage. Only my opinion but I've seen three or four acts and the accoustics are always less than stellar. I would also always recommend that Jazz fans take the TRAX light rail system to games. It saves time and money and if you exit the TRAX in the downtown zone, it's free. After exiting, I usually stop at the Bout Time Pub for dinner and drinks. It's a bar at the nearby Gateway Mall along Rio Grande Street. They have them all over Utah but it usually gets packed right at 5pm for weeknight games so give yourself plenty of time to get settled.
