To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 208, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Spurs/Sacramento Kings game at the AT&T Center.
I had the luxury of sitting here on March 9th, 2011 vs. the Detroit Pistons. The Spurs won and it was a high scoring game as it usually is when the Spurs play. We parked in Lot 1 across from Freeman Coliseum, parking was $15 if I recall correctly.
We were in row 8. There were over 20 rows in all. I felt a little cramped thanks to the tightly packed seats which is usually how the upper levels are oriented at NBA arenas. Following the basketball is pretty easy when you sit mid court. Most of the seating is focused on the lower level so the upper levels are kind of small. You can make out the players if you pay attention to who is in the game and know who plays what position. Those with great eye sight can probably read the numbers on the back of each player's jersey. The jumbo scoreboard is in HD and has one of the sharpest presentations I've seen in a sports arena. These seats are also on the same side of the arenas as both team benches. Usually if you get the arena early, you can sneak down and go next to the court to take photos of the players warming up.
