When sitting in section 105, you definitely want to aim for the double lettered rows (BB-RR) but those seats are almost always taken. They sit the closest to the floor and the seats are more comfortable in those rows.

The second half of section 105 is regular seating and obviously sits further from the court. Not a bad vantage point at all either. If you sit in row A, there will be a metal railing that separates each portion so you may want to avoid row A in section 105.

I have sat courtside, lower level, upper arena, club area for Blazers games and as long as you're in the lower bowl, you can generally see the floor very well. Every seat may very well be a good seat but there is a big difference between good seats and GREAT SEATS, especially in an NBA arena that holds close to or more than 20,000 people (I forget it's capacity).

I was a season ticket holder in section 105 for two seasons but had to ditch them once the economy got bad. Good times, would love to sit there for a game sometime in the future. The fans in that section were very knowledgeable and friendly.
