What you'll find in section 223 are not the best seats in the arena but trust me, it gets much worse. I've been an upper level dweller for many years because I can see a whole lot of games for not a whole lot of money. And being a season ticket holder is just too much of an obligation even though I could easily find the energy to attend 40+ games per season.

Navigation around this arena is simple. I always enter on the Broad Street side of the building and then take the escalator to the top level. 223 specifically, is where I sat for the Sixers vs. the Bulls, game 6 during last year's playoffs. I had row 10; I save all of my ticket stubs. Wear your best walking shoes because there will be some stair climbing involved, if you're bringing a date, hopefully you wouldn't bring her to the upper level but tell her not to wear her high heels.

The men's restroom was right outside of this section, I remember always having to walk a few sections away to find a restroom but there is one in super close proximity to section 223. And the lines are always minimal, especially for Sixers games.
