This review is for 301, row B. They call this area "Loud City" because of the loud nature of the fans on the upper level. They were much better seats than I had anticipated. (Thunder/Kings on 12/14/12). If you're in the mood to spend a little extra money, you can get tickets in row A of this section which will be secluded down in front by itself and will leave you with no stairs to climb on the way to your seats. Row B was just as good.
The easiest and fastest way to get to these seats would be to enter through the main entrance on Reno Avenue and look for the escalators when you walk in. You can't miss them and they also service the club and suite level. There was a great stand near our seats that served Jumbo Hot Dogs albeit the prices.
"Loud City Grill" also had a decent selection of stadium food with Philly cheesesteaks and soft pretzels. Bricktown has all of the best food and atmospheres though if you have time to swing through there before or after the game. Whether it's Mickey Mantle's, Brix Sports Lounge or even Hooter's, there is plenty of things to do in "Bricktown" to compliment your evening at the Thunder game.

301 was on the top level behind the goal; this area is also known as the balcony level.
Great seats for any Thunder fan on a budget that just wants to get in and catch a live game. Paid $50 for two tickets to the Raptors game in 2010.
You don't have a good view of the other side of the court but it was good enough to keep up with the plays and how they form down below.
