Seat view from section 312 at Chesapeake Energy Arena, home of the Oklahoma City Thunder

These were the worst seats in the arena in my opinion. I felt very disconnected from the game but it's really my own fault. I wanted to see the Lakers and waited until the last minute to purchase tickets online. (I would never recommend walking up to the arena box office to purchase tickets the day of the game). There were lower level tickets available but they were all $150 per ticket and NBA games are not worth that type of money, take it from someone that has been to a ton of them both in Oklahoma City and in San Antonio.
The corners have poor sight lines and the players will all look like ants. Plus, you get a distorted view of the jumbo screens and instead of one screen - you will be looking at two screens which is a little annoying. The Thunder played the Lakers four times at 'The Peake' during the 2011-2012 season and won all four times so it's safe to say we've had their number. Still, nothing more annoying then seeing the arena raided by Lakers fans those few home games each season.

There are much better seating options at this arena so don't waste your time with 312. I would like to recommend sections 307-309 for what it's worth. You can't go wrong there.
Chesapeake Energy Center is one of the nicer venues in the country; I'm thankful that tons of big acts now have a spot to play in throughout the year in Oklahoma City; it brings in a lot of revenue for the city.
