Great private viewing area that basically puts Knicks fans still in the concourse. There were only two rows but for that reason, tickets are seemingly never available. (I know someone in the Knicks ticket office). So I got to check out a Knicks-Hornets game from this section last February. It was a friday night game.

It had a carpeted lobby area and a little bar area where you can sit on bar stools. The only thing I didn't like was the low ceiling but you can still see the court really well from 320.

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 320, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Knicks vs. Celtics game. These are West Balcony seats, new thanks to the most recent phase of renovations.
