Most people aren't too concerned about being close to the court when they choose upper level seats but they're concerned about having a great view of the court. 332 is as good as you can do in that regard. Dead center court and for most games, you'll be able to stretch out because the place is rarely sold out. Most of the seats will be taken if you sit towards the center though.

The upper levels are very small at New Orleans Arena with anywhere from 15-17 rows per section. My seats were in row 8 which was pretty much the exact middle and I had no complaints. I saw the Hornets vs. the LA Clippers (pre Chris Paul departure). Those are the best games to go to because the tickets are cheap and you can see a high volume of games throughout the year by sitting in the upper levels.

When Lebron or Kobe are in town, though, it's a completely different story.
