My girlfriend and I went to the Memphis Grizzlies game last March towards the end of the season. We had seats in row R, seats 6 and 7 which were excellent. The Grizzlies were a good team that made a fairly deep playoff run last year while the T-Wolves finished dead last in the division.
Wasn't much room for our knees in our row so when we needed out, we had to ask all of our neighbors to rise to let us out. Make sure you plan out your trips to the concessions so that you don't become a nuisance. Our seats were directly behind the T-Wolves bench which was pretty cool - we've sat in numerous places throughout the arena and the Target Center is small enough so that every seat is pretty good for the money.
Parking is pretty plentiful, you can park at all of the usual spots you would park for Twins games. If at all possible though, take the Metro transit rail to the Warehouse District stop, it will make traffic less crowded and will eliminate and parking headaches for those not familiar with downtown Minneapolis. (A lot different than driving through downtown St. Paul).

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 133, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Timberwolves/Los Angeles Clippers game at the Target Center.
