To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 207, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Timberwolves/Chicago Bulls game at the Target Center.

207 is in the upper level corner. I buy tickets for this section frequently because you can find tickets up here for $5. Small section. The first few rows don't have many seats at all and the number of seats per row increase as you go up the section.
I usually move down to the lower level. There are very few ushers that will press you. Very relaxed basketball atmosphere in the Twin Cities.
