To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 422, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Bucks/Atlanta Hawks game at the Bradley Center.

Had the pleasure of sitting in section 422 for the Knicks game on March 20th, 2011, row F to be exact. The upper levels at the Bradley Center get a bad rap. Sure, the stairs leading to the seats are steep but what upper level have you been to that isn't? And yes, the rows are cramped. They don't want to give you a ton of luxury and comfort otherwise you have no reason to pay big money for the lower level and club seats.
All that's included in the ticket price is the view of the playing court and it's a good one from here. You won't need binoculars and these are easily the most sought after seats on the top level because every play happens right in front of you with little nee to adjust your body to see what's going on.

If you live north of Chicago, it's probably actually more economical to travel to Milwaukee for Bucks games. These seats will cost you $15-$40 per ticket on any given night and I could sit here every single and I am actually considering purchasing season tickets here.
