To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 312, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Lakers/Memphis Grizzlies game at the Staples Center.

This is a small upper level section. Wonderful arena for Lakers and Kings games. The view from this seat is pretty poor.
I would love to sit in the lower level for a Lakers game, they're just not too affordable.

Concessions are way overpriced for what you get but you will still enjoy the game in these seats as long as you aren't too high up.
