I found a lot of die hard fans in this section. It was a weekend game vs. the Celtics so the place was full and maybe even sold out. Yes, there are Clippers fans and you could probably call them more passionate than all of those bandwagon Lakers fans. If you have vision problems, you might want to avoid section 331 and other sections in the area because of the distance from the court. Additionally, they keep the stands very dark and the floor very bright to kind of create that 'showtime' feel. The curtains at the entrance of your section also serves the same purpose.
The tickets are cheap in 331. The rows were numbered 1-12 and I think any seat in the first ten rows would be safe, just try and get the aisle seat.

You may not enjoy your seats but you'll love the Staples Center. LA Live outside of the arena is the best development outside of an arena that I've seen; there is nothing outside of the United Center in Chicago. Of course, Madison Square Garden can also definitely compete with activities surrounding their arena.
