A good buddy of mine was a season ticket holder for section 13 for a number of years so I have sat here more times tha I can count. Even sitting in the same seats 4 or 5 times, you get extremely familiar with the section's layout and it's surroundings.

Section 13 is one "corner" section that actually puts Pacers fans down next to the floor. In most NBA arenas, there will typically be a player tunnel of some sort that separates the section from the court but the tunnels are on the opposite end of the floor. Rows 1 thru 7 will actually be adjoined with section 12 so you may want to opt for rows 8-21 if you want less seats per row.
