Section 20 was one mammoth section with a ton of stairs to climb if you end up sitting in rows 1-10. The entrance to the section is at the very top and there are 35 rows in all. The sight lines are great and whoever constructed this arena had the fans in mind first and foremost. They put the fans extremely close to the court with little wasted space surrounding the court.

This area is always full of fans, even during weeknight games so it's almost impossible to purchase upper level seats and sneak into section 20. Trust me, there are plenty of Pacers fans that try to do this on a regular basis.

The backboard as I would imagine, probably does bother some people's view but not mine. I could see the court fairly well. Great section for Pacers basketball!
