Sat in row 16 for a Rockets vs. Detroit Pistons game once in section 124. It was a game that really wasn't on anyone's radar but it was a weekend game so there was a big crowd as there almost always is on weekends. So 124 was kind of a last resort place to sit in a scramble to find good seats. Paid $90 for two tickets which I didn't think was too bad.

No part of the section sat close to the floor but was tucked away up closer near the concourse area. I had quick access to the beer line. I could leave my seat during a timeout and be back before the ball had been put back into play so it's unlikely that you'll miss any of the game if you plan everything correctly.
You can see make out the players and follow the plays on the court just fine, you just can't see anything all that well when the ball is on the opposite side of the court. Really, the only downside to these seats or any seat behind the baseline.
