The only thing included in the ticket price was the view of the court which was average at best. I had a rough time making out which players were which but that is all relative to one's eyesight. Most fans could probably make out each player's number. The leg room wasn't all that spacious and I would have liked to have seen more space between each seat like the seats in the lower level have.

There is only one set of escalators in the arena for fans to get to the upper concourse which really makes fans travel rather aimlessly to find the best way to get to the top. The best and easiest way to reach the escalators without battling the crowds is to enter the Labranch street entry on the corner of La Branch and Polk Street and you'll see it as soon as you walk in. The Toyota Center is still a relatively new arena so they should maybe put some more effort into renovating the small things that would make fans' lives easier.
