Most of the time at Warriors games, I sit in the upper level which was the case most recently for the Timberwolves game last season. Sat in row 9, seat 2. The upper level seats go from around $10-$30 per ticket so it's quiet the bargain.

The view from 221 is much steeper now than before they renovated the Oracle. Overall the views from the upper level are good, not great. Basketball fans for the most part know what to expect. Don't expect any type of luxuries; remember, they want you to buy the expensive tickets.
However, I have to say that the fans are tame but still very supportive; they're definitely an underrated fan base. The Warriors usually only get around 11K fans for week night games; same story for the Oakland A's. But on weekend games, especially if the Lakers are in town, you can't find cheap tickets. The entire Bay Area wants to attend that annual game.
